Working on the marketing plan

Our marketing team have been working for couple weeks now on the marketing plan for our product.

First they started by doing competitors reaserch. they done comprehensive analysis of the competitors, to find out what are their strengths and weaknesses, so they could know how to distinguish our app from those similair apps that are allready in the market. They chose to work by doing SWOT analysis, knowing how to highlight the strengths of the app, and try to ekiminate the app's disadvantages.

They also started to work on the landing page of the app. They looked on other landing pages of different apps and took inspiration from what they like the best. then they combined it with what they believe will create a good user expreience for the potential users. Their guiding principle was simplicity.

In addition, they defined the marketing goals and the final description of our product.
